To Install: 

Please follow these instructions in order to install VPN on your device. 



1. Type Company Portal on the search bar.

  1. If prompted select McShane/Cadence McShane construction. 

  1. On the Apps tab, select the VPN corresponding to your office.

 

Note: You can also narrow it down, by typing ‘VPN’ on the search bar.


4. Click on the VPN of your choice. In this example, the Cadence VPN, then press Install for it to download on your device.


Note: It will take a few minutes to download, then it will show a notification saying the installation has failed.


You can disregard this message, and ensure the VPN was installed by checking on the VPN option and connecting. In addition, the VPN will not connect if you are on the McShane Wi-Fi, you must try to connect on your home Wi-Fi.


To Connect: 

Follow these steps to connect to the VPN:


1. Click on VPN on the right side of the task bar.

2. Click on connect.


3. This prompt will show up, fill in your username and password.

Note: For the username, only fill in your first initial and last name not the full email address.
