VPN sign-in info clearing
- Search for VPN settings on the bottom of your screen
- Once you click VPN settings you will then see McShane VPN, you will click the drop-down arrow and click advanced options.
- Once you select the advanced options, you will see the clear button on the page and that will clear out your old password.
- When you click clear, it will show just username and password on the sign-in info line. Hit the back arrow and you will click on the McShane VPN connect button. You will be prompted to sign in. You will use your username i.e., cbeasley to sign in
Some legacy folks who have been here for over 15 years will have a username like: chanceb
After the password: it will send you a DUO Mobile push notification, you have 15 seconds to approve it.
