External Client Sharing Portal SOP


  1. From your local office External Sharing Portal click the Get Started link to access the sites Document Library
     
     
     
  2. Select your respective Department folder and Client/Project subfolder. If your Client/Project folder is new you can choose New > Create Folder to add a new folder.

  3. Once your folder has been selected/created double click to open it 
     
     
     
     
     
  4. Highlight the file you would like to share, if not already present you can upload a file 
    Select Upload and choose from files or folders from your local computer/onedrive

  5. Locate your files or folders and select them, then hit Open

  6. Once the file is uploaded it will appear in the document list

  7. Once your document(s) are uploaded select your documents and hit Share from the document library menu

  8. In the Share window type the email address of the individual you are trying to share with;

  9. If you intend to share with multiple users select “People you can specify can view” and change to Anyone with the Link. Choose whether to allow editing, Set a password and Expiration Date (Mandatory)
