2FA – TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
Before you attempt the steps below, you must download the Authenticator App from the Apple App store or Google Play store to your cell phone. Once activated on your account, follow the steps below to complete the setup:
1. While logged in to Teams, Office 365, or SharePoint will prompt you to setup 2FA. You will get this message just click on Next…
2. Next chose “Mobile app” and “Receive notifications for verification” click Set up.
3. Scan the QR code with your mobile Authenticator app (Microsoft Authentication, Google Authenticator). When it adds the account to your mobile app click on “Next”
4. You will be prompted on your phone to approve this and that is all. Setup is complete..
