1. First step login to webmail to check if your password expired.

Enter your credentials and if your password is expired it will ask you to change the password.

Enter your old password then twice the new password, Submit.

 

 

  1. Now you can open your outlook and it will ask you for new password

 

 

  1. Enter the new password and select Remember my credentials

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Next you must update your VPN password, click on Start, type in VPN and select VPN Settings
  2. Select McShane VPN then Advanced options and Clear sign-in info.
  3. Go back to VPN and connect, this time use the new password.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Once your computer syncs with the login server it will ask you to lock your computer. This message can come up within few seconds up to few minutes. After this you are all done.
