The plugins for Mimecast and Phishme get disabled by Outook and it's easy to re-enable them.

1. File, Options, Add-ins, at the bottom you have COM Add-ins click on Go.

2. Make sure you have check marks next to Cofense Reporter and Mimecast for Outlook. Click on OK.

3. Wait 30 seconds if they don't show up in Outlook go to step 4.

4. File, Options, Add-ins, COM Add-ins click on the drop down list and select Disabled Items then click Go. If Cofense or Mimecast is there, select each and Enable then close and OK.

5. File, Options, Add-ins, COM Add-ins click on Go. Make sure your have check marks next to Cofense and Mimecast, then click on OK to close.

6. Wait 30 seconds for plugins to show up in your Outlook, sometimes you may have to close Outlook and reopen.
